International Gaming League 2016 organizers invited Luminosity and Heroic to the event. Brazilian team will surely join the event, but the participation of Heroic is still under the question.

Heroic told organizers that they would join the event if only they could not manage qualify from the group stage at IEM: Oakland. Intel Extreme Masters and International Gaming League 2016 are held almost at the same time. That created problems in the schedule of Danish team.
