A total of 16 teams will participate in this tournament:

- Aster
- Secret
- Talon
- Shopify Rebellion
- PSG.LGD
- Liquid
- OG
- Gladiators
- Execration
- EG
- Beastcoast
- 9Pandas
- Entity
- Spirit
One team remains unnamed.
In the final of DreamLeague Season 19, Gladiators emerged victorious by defeating Liquid with a score of 3:2.
