Nytt John Wick AAA-spel enligt uppgift under utveckling

John Wick Hex, tactical role-playing title released back in 2019, is probably the only big video game based on the John Wick franchise featuring Keanu Reeves as the same-name iconic character. It’s weird there is no AAA title considering the success and popularity of this universe; however, it could change soon.

According to reliable PlayStation insider TCMFGames, a big-budget John Wick video game is in development, and it’s still in the early stages of production. There are no words on whose developer, but he mentions the studio is expanding the John Wick universe beyond films—that means it could be the new, original story with no straight connection to the movies.

He also states Lionsgate, who is a producer of the John Wick franchise, is planning to make a “regular cadence” for the universe. At last, the new John Wick video game is expected to be a AAA title with action-adventure as its genre.
