Crunchyroll, LLC has announced that the action-packed pirate adventure Pepper Grinder is coming soon to Android and iOS devices. Originally published by Devolver Digital for PC and Nintendo Switch, the game is now available for pre-registration and will join Crunchyroll’s Game Vault lineup.

A Treasure Hunt Through a Vibrant World

Pepper Grinder is a 2D action-adventure platformer that combines traditional side-scrolling gameplay with a distinctive drilling mechanic. The story follows Pepper, a daring treasure hunter, and her powerful drilling device known as Grinder. After a shipwreck leaves her stranded and robbed of her hard-earned treasure, Pepper sets out on a mission to reclaim what was stolen.

To recover the loot taken by the mischievous Narlings, players will drill through land and water, operate various machines, and battle enemies along the way. The game’s colorful, animated world offers opportunities to collect jewels, stickers, and other items that can be used to purchase upgrades and power-ups.

As progression continues, new drill bits become available, enabling players to solve puzzles and overcome increasingly complex challenges. Mysterious characters also introduce additional obstacles throughout the journey.

Originally released on PC in 2024, Pepper Grinder gained attention for its vibrant art style, fast-paced gameplay, precise controls, fluid drilling mechanics, and expansive world map.

Pepper Grinder is expected to launch on February 26, 2026, according to its App Store listing. Pre-registration is currently open on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
