007 First Light får nytt gratis DLC imorgon, den 1 oktober

IO Interactive has confirmed 007 First Light, one of this year's biggest successes and a genuine hit for the studio, is getting free DLC, and players won't have long to wait, as it drops tomorrow, October 1.

The news came via the official 007 First Light account on X, where the studio posted a short teaser hinting at a high-speed chase in the upcoming content. You can check out the teaser below.

Details on the new DLC for 007 First Light remain scarce, but fans are thinking it could add a new TacSim mission featuring the Aston Martin Valhalla, which shows up near the end of the main game. However, it’s nothing more than a speculation for now. You can also purchase 007 First Light on Eneba with a 5% discount using the promo code EGW5, so you can enjoy the new free DLC tomorrow.

As previously reported, 007 First Light has been a genuine hit for IO Interactive: sales hit 4 million copies last month, and GQ named it the best game of 2026. The game also led the pack at the 2026 Golden Joystick Awards, picking up Best Lead Performer, Best Supporting Performer, Best Soundtrack, Best Storytelling, and Console Game of the Year.

007 First Light is available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. The game’s version for Nintendo Switch 2 will release next March.
