GTA 6-lanseringstrailern visades på TV – den innehåller ett par förändringar

It has been exactly one week since Rockstar Games unveiled a new GTA 6 trailer to mark the game’s launch next month. Since then, the marketing campaign has only intensified, including TV commercials. Users noticed that the TV version of the launch trailer is slightly different from the one Rockstar showed last week.

Social media posts showed the new GTA 6 trailer airing during an NBA game between the New York Knicks and the Philadelphia 76ers. The biggest difference is that all the scenes with Jason and Lucia in the shower are gone, while some other scenes run a few seconds longer. The airplane scenes and one of the most memorable moments, when Jason gently nudges Lucia near the car, get more screen time. The TV spot also promotes GTA 6 only on PlayStation 5, and the Xbox logo is missing from the end. You can check it out below:

The first GTA 6 commercial aired on NBC Sports, featuring the launch trailer but with some changes:

• Cut shower shots, resulting in other shots being a bit longer
• Longer plane shot
• Longer Jason and Lucia shot
• Xbox logo completely removed due to the deal with PlayStation

GTA 6 is less than a month away, and a recent report claims the game is breaking pre-order records. According to Sensor Tower, nearly 6.5 million copies have already been sold, generating about $600 million in revenue.
