PUBG Mobile has unveiled the Phoenixtra X-Suit as part of its Version 4.3 update, bringing new mechanics and features not previously seen in the X-Suit lineup. The release introduces a fresh design direction along with expanded upgrade systems and interactive elements.

Design and Unique Mechanics

The Phoenixtra X-Suit adopts a high-fantasy avian warrior theme, moving away from the traditional gold-and-gem aesthetic. One of its standout features is a reactive armor system that changes dynamically.

A key innovation is its gliding mechanic, allowing players to soar through the air during the initial drop phase. The suit’s appearance adapts in real time based on movement, adding a visual layer to the gameplay experience.

Features and Upgrade System

The Phoenixtra X-Suit offers a multi-tier upgrade path:

• 7-Star Progression: The suit can be upgraded to Level 7, unlocking the final “Seraphic” form, which enhances visual effects and includes a unique loot crate
• Signature SCAR-L Skin: A matching weapon skin is included and can be upgraded up to Level 8, following the suit’s phoenix-inspired design
• Exclusive Emotes: Two special emotes are available — Rebirth (entry animation) and Victory Broadcast, which appears in the lobby
• Companion Integration: A phoenix-themed companion reacts to emotes and idle animations

Release Date and Event Duration

The Phoenixtra X-Suit launched in late March 2026 as part of a limited-time event. The event is expected to run for 30 to 45 days, giving players time to gather the required upgrade materials.

Cost and Acquisition

The suit is available through the “Phoenix Rise” lucky spin system:

• Single spin: 60 UC (first daily spin discounted to 10 UC)
• 10-spin bundle: 600 UC

Reaching the fully upgraded 7-Star form is estimated to cost between 80,000 and 110,000 UC.

Duplicate rewards are converted into Phoenix Coins, which can be used in the Redemption Store to obtain the X-Suit or SCAR-L skin, offering an alternative to relying entirely on the gacha system.
