Hjälteändringar i patch 13.1B: Riot Games Döda Imba

On January 12, a new competitive season started in the League of Legends. Together with him, the first fresh patch was released in the game - 13.1.

Gangplank

Reduced the attack power gain and additional damage of the Powder Keg on critical hits

Reduced the health of the Evolving H-28G Turret and the damage from Hextech Micro Missiles.

• Starting Magic Damage: 50/75/100/125/150 (+45% AP) – 40/65/90/115/140 (+55% AP)

Kassadin

Increased the cooldown of Force Burst.

Force release

• Cooldown: 21/19/17/15/13 seconds - 21/20/19/18/17 seconds

Kindred

Reduced the base damage of Dance of Death .

Arrow dance

• Physical Damage: 60/85/110/135/160 (+75% bonus AD) – 50/75/100/125/150 (+75% bonus AD)

Dream Staff (Passive) AP damage ratio increased. Nature Strike's ability power damage ratio has been increased. Whirlwind Seed's ability power damage ratio has been increased, and its cooldown now scales with skill level.

Reduced the extra damage dealt to monsters with Thorn Strike and reduced the damage from Sapling Throw.

The damage of the Spring Mechanism (passive skill) has been changed. Command Damage: Attack to additional targets increased. The mana cost of Order: Dissonance has been reduced. Command Damage: Shockwave increased.

Wildclaw's attack power damage ratio has been reduced, and its attack speed has been increased. Vicious Blizzard base damage reduced.

You and me!

• Adaptive Strength: 12-20 (+12-20%) - 12-20 (+6-10%)

Zoe

Quiet Hour now reduces the target's magic resistance when they fall asleep.

Quiet time

• Even Quieter: Enemies who fall asleep during Zoe's Quiet Hour now have their magic resistance reduced by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30%. (Note: the debuff disappears when the target wakes up.)

Patch 13.1B is due for release on the game's live servers, according to the plan, it should be released on January 26, however, there may be difficulties with the release.
