ALIVE och musashi går med i Acend
According to the editor of the Liquipedia portal, the European esports organization ACEND has decided on the first recruits for its VALORANT roster. The club will reportedly sign ALIVE and musashi, as well as keep MONSTEERR on the team. However, Acend doesn't have much time to complete all the transfers as VALORANT Challengers 2023 East: Surge Split 1 kicks off on January 12th.
The first signing of the organization should be musashi. The 21-year-old German player previously played for the BIG team, with whom he took part in the VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers. However, musashi has since gained the right to explore opportunities as BIG has considered leaving the discipline.
Together with him, ALIVE should join Acend. The Israeli has been playing for the Excel Esports team since May, with which he managed to win VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 Northern Europe: Polaris Stage 2.
It is also reported that the club intends to keep MONSTEERR, who joined Acend back in April, as part of the roster. However, in the fall, the Czech player could have moved to Team Vitality, but the deal never took place.
Recall that Acend did not get into the affiliate program, which is why it allowed all its players to study offers for the next season. The organization has since said goodbye to cNed, L1NK and zeek. In addition, soon starxo will leave the club and join KOI.
Thus, before the start of VALORANT Challengers 2023 East: Surge Split 1, where Acend received an invitation, the club will have to seriously work on the transfer market in order to find suitable options for strengthening.
Estimated composition of Acend in the VALORANT discipline:
- MONSTEERR
- ALIVE
- musashi
