Riot Games has rolled out the Valorant 11.07 update, delivering long-awaited clarity fixes for Cypher and Waylay, plus minimap improvements that impact multiple agents. On top of that, a new Customs mode has been teased for release on October 3rd.

Cypher & Waylay Updates

• Cypher: Fixed a Spycam glitch that sometimes caused players to miss key information when entering the camera rapidly.
• Waylay: Improved visibility of Convergent Paths, making the edges clearer during engagements.

Riot is standardizing how abilities appear for better information consistency:

• Placed & reactivated abilities now show with a distinct teal color.
• Controllable utilities & drones now display:A directional arrow for orientation
• Color coding (ally/enemy)
• A seeking-state indicator when locking onto targets

🐞 Bug Fixes Highlights

• Chamber: Fixed inconsistent recoil recovery on Headhunter (shoutout to RejiAG on Reddit for spotting this).

• Phoenix: Blaze no longer incorrectly breaks Ascent glass.

⚠️ Known Issues

• Disappearing Agents bug: Mostly fixed, but some cases remain.
• PC Only: Replay UI toggles improved, but some sound/muffle issues persist when spectating under Fade’s Nightfall.
• Premier: Future patch will expand Team Tag to VCT teams. Teams using VCT names/tags will need to update.
• Stability: Intermittent crashing on Agent Select — temporary workaround: disable AVX512 in BIOS until Patch 11.08.
