Take-Twos Strauss Zelnick bekräftade indirekt GTA 6-släppet till PC

Take-Two Interactive's latest earnings call wrapped up yesterday, and fans were hoping for some new information about GTA 6—ideally, the start of pre-orders or the release of a new trailer. However, none of that happened, at least not yet.

Nevertheless, the company’s CEO, Strauss Zelnick, once again confirmed that GTA 6 will be released on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with no delays, and teased that the full-scale marketing campaign for the most anticipated game of 2026 will begin on June 21. Moreover, according to the latest financial report, Take-Two is expected to generate over $8 billion in revenue in the next fiscal year thanks to the game.

As mentioned above, Grand Theft Auto VI is now confirmed only for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with the PC version not announced yet. The latest report from Wccftech is that Strauss Zelnick has actually indirectly confirmed that GTA 6 will release on PC, but the game is a console exclusive for now, as you can check out his words below:

“As you know, look, the PC market is a great market, and it is growing for console-type titles, and it is a market we serve avidly. Virtually all of our hit titles end up on all platforms over time. That said, Rockstar Games has announced GTA 6 for console only so far. We are excited about our November 19 release.”

Given that the PC version of GTA 5 was released about six months after its launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and about a year and a half after the game’s initial release on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2013, it’s safe to assume that the PC version of the sixth installment will be released in late 2027 or early 2028. Previously, reliable insider Tom Henderson claimed that the PC version of GTA 6 is reportedly set to launch in the fall of 2027.
