Hearthstone Battlegrounds säsong 14 introducerar Dark Gifts den 4 augusti

Blizzard Entertainmenthas revealedBattlegrounds Season 14: Dark Gifts of Dalaran, the next major update for Hearthstone Battlegrounds. The new season launches on August 4 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, introducing the Dark Gifts gameplay system, additional Trinkets, new Heroes, and other gameplay changes.

The centerpiece of the update is the Dark Gifts mechanic, which adds a new way to strengthen warbands during matches. Beginning on Turn 3, players can spend 3 Gold to Discover one of three minions, each paired with a unique Dark Gift. These enhancements can grant stat increases, keywords, or other special effects that significantly alter gameplay.

Players may activate the Dark Gift button once per turn, with a maximum of three uses per match. The available rewards become stronger as the game progresses, allowing players to decide between taking an early upgrade or waiting for more powerful options later in the match. Blizzard has confirmed that Season 14 includes more than 40 different Dark Gifts.

Ahead of the update's release, Blizzard will host a Creator Early Access event featuring content creators from multiple regions. Streams will take place on July 30 for the Americas, LATAM, EMEA, and China, while Japanese creators will go live on July 31.

The event will include Twitch Drops, allowing viewers to earn four Battlegrounds Tokens by watching participating streams for a total of two hours. In addition, selected creators will distribute Battlegrounds Season Pass codes during their broadcasts.
