Overwatch x Diablo 4: Nya Lord of Hatred-utseenden
Blizzard has officially unveiled a new crossover for Overwatch, bringing themed cosmetics from Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred. The event introduces a fresh lineup of skins alongside returning content and rewards, celebrating the expansion’s release on April 28.
New Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred Skins
The Hatred’s Reckoning event will run from April 28 to May 18, featuring five brand-new crossover skins inspired by Diablo classes and characters:
- Mephisto Ramattra
- Warlock Lifeweaver
- Druid Mauga
- Paladin Brigitte
- Rogue Freja
These skins blend Overwatch heroes with iconic Diablo archetypes, including the introduction of the Warlock theme from the new expansion.

I think Mephisto Ramattra stands out as the highlight here, especially given how well his design fits Overwatch’s darker crossover aesthetics.
Returning Diablo Crossover Content
Blizzard is also bringing back cosmetics from the previous Diablo IV collaboration, including:
- Lilith Moira
- Inarius Pharah
- Imperius Reinhardt
- Gilded Hunter Sombra
These skins will be available individually, in bundles, or as part of a larger package.
Event Challenges and Rewards
The crossover also revives event challenges tied to the original collaboration. Players will once again have the opportunity to earn free rewards by completing in-game objectives.
- Challenges may involve the Trials of Sanctuary PvE mode (not fully confirmed)
- New reward includes the Crab with a Knife Weapon Charm
While some cosmetics from 2023—such as Azmodan Wrecking Ball or Battle Pass-exclusive skins—are not returning, the event still offers a substantial amount of content.
Twitch Drops and Bonus Rewards
Additional rewards are available through Twitch Drops during Overwatch Season 2:
- Watch 2 hours → Lilith Blade Weapon Charm + Wolf Pup Charm
- Watch 8 hours total → Common + Epic Loot Box
- Includes a Battle Pass Tier Skip
There is also a chance to obtain past crossover skins through Loot Boxes, depending on luck.
A Continuing Blizzard Crossover Tradition
This isn’t the first time Blizzard has merged the worlds of Overwatch and Diablo. Previous collaborations included skins like Demon Hunter Sombra, Barbarian Zarya, and the Halloween Terror 2023 event lineup.
I see this crossover as a continuation of Blizzard’s strategy to connect its major franchises, especially around big releases like Lord of Hatred.
What This Means for Players
The Hatred’s Reckoning event delivers both new and returning content, giving players multiple ways to engage—whether through cosmetics, challenges, or Twitch rewards.
With the event running through mid-May, players have a limited window to collect these items and revisit one of Overwatch’s most popular crossover themes.
