Team Heretics skriver under den italienska truppen Giggioletti för Europa och MENA League 2026

Team Heretics have officially signed the Italian roster known as Giggioletti to compete in the Europe and MENA League 2026.

The team earned their spot in the region’s top tier after winning the Challenger Series 2026, securing promotion through strong performances in the qualification circuit.

From Underdogs to Playoff Standouts

Although Giggioletti had a relatively slow start during the Swiss Stage, the roster turned things around in the playoffs. They delivered impressive victories over Team Secret Academy, Team Heretics’ former lineup, and Maestro Esca, ultimately establishing themselves as one of the standout teams in the competition.

Experienced Core with Rising Talent

The roster features a mix of experienced players and promising newcomers. At its core are former MACKO Esports players:

• Alessio “Aqui” Aquiliano
• Mario “Dora” Manzato
• Lorenzo “Lollo” Masuccio

They are joined by rising Italian talents Luca “Zaaramy” Rosa and Reaz, completing a well-balanced lineup.

Many of the players also bring experience from organizations like Mkers, further strengthening the team’s competitive background.

Tough Competition Ahead

Team Heretics will compete in Group A of the Europe and MENA League 2026 Kickoff, alongside top-tier teams including:

The top four teams from each group will advance to the playoffs, where they will battle for a spot at the BLAST R6 Major in Salt Lake City.

With a strong showing in the Challenger Series and a newly secured organization, the former Giggioletti roster now faces its biggest challenge yet on the international stage.
