Nytt releasedatum för Lost Soul Aside

Lost Soul Aside, an RPG and action-adventure game whose development began back in 2014, has received a new release date. The game by Ultizero Games is now confirmed to launch on August 29, postponing its original release date of May 30. The reason isn’t particularly surprising — the developers have decided to take additional time to further polish the game.

As mentioned above, Lost Soul Aside is one of those long-anticipated projects. Developed with support from Sony and the China Hero Project, the game had its first public reveal back in 2016. After PlayStation took the title under its wing, it was announced that Lost Soul Aside would be released sometime in 2025 — but as we can see, the release has been brought forward slightly. Recently, Ultizero Games also published the PC technical specifications for Lost Soul Aside, further fueling player excitement.

In the new announcement, Ultizero Games CEO Yang Bing stated that Lost Soul Aside is nearly complete and will launch on August 29, around three months after the initially planned release date. The delay is intended to allow the team to fully refine the game to ensure the highest possible quality. Echoing this sentiment, the game director emphasized that the team is “committed to delivering a high-quality gaming experience.” This update, released just a month before the initially planned launch, also highlighted Ultizero’s gratitude for the encouraging feedback from fans.
