The traditional big summer sale has started on Steam—the Steam Summer Sale 2026, running from July 25th through July 9th inclusive. As usual, players can purchase games at discounted prices, including recently released titles from the first half of 2026.

The store's homepage now features several sections showcasing video games sorted by genre, ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive. There is also a Featured Deep Discounts section, described as "Especially great deals on some of the all-time greats." Speaking of other games released this year, Capcom's hit Resident Evil Requiem is available with a 20% discount. MOUSE: P.I. Among other notable games with less impressive discounts worth checking out are RoboCop: Rogue City, now priced at one-tenth of its usual $40—just $4; Mortal Kombat 11, available for $2.49 instead of $60; Red Dead Redemption 2, down to $15 from $60; GTA V Enhanced at $15 instead of $30; Sea of Thieves: 2026 Edition for $13.99 instead of $21.50; Battlefield 6, priced at $34.99 instead of $70; and more.
